Our Commitment

Gotham Ride Chauffeur Service, operated by MITAEL LLC, is committed to making our website and transportation services accessible to people of all abilities. We believe every passenger deserves a comfortable, dignified ride, and we work to ensure that gothamride.com and our chauffeured services support that goal.

Website Accessibility

Our ongoing efforts include providing descriptive alt text for images, ensuring sufficient color contrast across text and interface elements, supporting full keyboard navigation, structuring pages with proper headings and landmarks for screen readers, making form fields and labels readable by assistive technology, and avoiding content that flashes or auto-plays in ways that could trigger seizures.

Service Accessibility

Our chauffeurs are trained to assist passengers with mobility needs whenever reasonably possible. We can accommodate folding wheelchairs and mobility devices that fit in the vehicle trunk or cargo area, service animals at no additional cost as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act, additional time for entering and exiting the vehicle when requested at booking, and advance arrangements for medical equipment, oxygen tanks, or similar assistive items. Our current fleet includes sedans, SUVs, and Sprinter vans. We do not operate lift-equipped or fully wheelchair-accessible vehicles at this time. If you require a lift-equipped vehicle, please contact us before booking and we can refer you to a partner service in the New York metropolitan area.

We are actively reviewing older pages, embedded third-party tools such as our reservation system, and PDF documents.
