How booking a Sprinter works
You book a Sprinter the same way as any other ride. The one thing we need is the size of your group.
Tell us about the group
Give us the date, the pickup, the drop-off, how many people and how many bags. For a flight, add the flight number.
Get one price
You get one all-inclusive quote for the whole van. Book the 14-seat van online, or call or text us for a Jet or limo Sprinter.
Meet your chauffeur
Your chauffeur arrives early, loads the bags and keeps the group together from the first stop to the last.
Book at least a few days ahead. Sprinters go first come, first served.
Which vehicle fits your group
Count the people and the bags, then pick the vehicle. An SUV seats six. A group of seven needs a Sprinter.

Bag numbers are the limit for each vehicle. More bags means a bigger vehicle or a second one.
Most of our Sprinter groups have 7 to 10 people. That is too many for one SUV, and two SUVs mean two pickups, two arrivals and two bills.
One Sprinter keeps everyone together, from the curb to the door. The bags ride in the back, so nobody holds a suitcase on their lap.
You deal with one pickup and one price.

Business Sprinter Van
Our most-booked van. Leather seats in rows, an aisle you can walk down, standing headroom and room in the back for 15 bags.
Jet Sprinter
An executive cabin with leather captain's chairs, wood trim and a TV. Built for roadshows and VIP guests who want to talk or rest between stops.
Limo Sprinter

Sprinter airport transfers
The van waits for your group at the arrivals curb.
Airport groups are most of our Sprinter trips. We watch your flight and time the pickup to when you land. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free wait time.
Your chauffeur meets the group at the arrivals curb. Want a meet inside arrivals with a name sign? Ask for meet and greet, which we quote by airport terminal for the Sprinter.

Corporate roadshows and hourly service
Book the van by the hour for a roadshow, an offsite or a day of client visits. The chauffeur waits between stops, and the team's bags and laptops stay in the van all day.
Hourly Sprinter service is $247 an hour, all-inclusive, with a 3-hour minimum ($741). For a smaller team, see our hourly chauffeur service in a sedan or SUV.
Weddings
Move the bridal party, the family or a full van of guests between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception. A limo Sprinter carries 10 to 12, and the 14-seat van works as a private guest shuttle.
For big weddings we send two or more vans on a set schedule. Book as early as you can, since we fill Sprinter requests in the order they come in.
Events, concerts and games
Concerts at Madison Square Garden and Barclays Center, games at MetLife Stadium and UBS Arena, and the US Open in Queens. We drop the group at the door, then meet you at a set time and place after the show.
Sports teams book the Sprinter for players and gear, with room for 15 bags.
The Hamptons and longer trips

Families and car seats
Parents ask us about car seats all the time. Each Sprinter comes with up to two free car seats, installed before pickup. Tell us each child's age and weight when you book.

For 15 people or more, we send two or more Sprinters. You get one contact at our office, one schedule and pickups timed so the vans arrive together.

How much does a Sprinter van service cost in NYC?
From Midtown, Sprinter airport transfers start at $450 to LaGuardia, $477 to JFK and $494 to Newark. Hourly service is $247 an hour, with a 3-hour minimum ($741). Every price is all-inclusive, with tolls and gratuity. Prices were checked in October 2026.
How many people and bags fit in a Sprinter?
The Business Sprinter Van seats 14 with room for 15 bags. The Jet Sprinter seats 8, and the limo Sprinter seats 10 to 12.
