A standard bag is airline carry-on size. Oversized luggage or equipment cases may need a bigger vehicle.
Can I bring golf clubs, skis, or a stroller? Yes. Book an SUV or van for these, not a sedan. A sedan carries two standard bags, so a golf travel bag or a pair of ski bags leaves no room for passenger luggage. Our Business Class SUV and Comfort Van have the cargo space for golf clubs, ski bags, and strollers. Add the oversized items to your booking so we send a vehicle that fits them. You pay the SUV or van rate, with no separate luggage fee.
Luggage that exceeds your booking. Book the vehicle that holds everything you’re bringing. If you arrive with more luggage than you listed at booking, one of two things happens. When the vehicle on site has room for it, often an SUV that can absorb the extra bags, we move you to that class and a vehicle-class adjustment applies. When no available vehicle can carry it, we can’t run the trip and the fare is non-refundable. Give an accurate bag count when you book and this never comes up.
