By accessing our website or booking a ride, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Gotham Ride provides luxury chauffeured transportation services in the New York City metropolitan area, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and surrounding regions in New Jersey and Connecticut.
Our services include airport transfers, corporate transportation, and special event transportation. All services are subject to availability.
Booking and Reservations
Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, or by email. By making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including pickup and drop-off locations, passenger count, flight details, and contact information.
You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on vehicle type, distance, time of service, and other factors. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, extended wait time, additional stops, cleaning fees, or damage.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements are made for approved corporate accounts.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must comply with all applicable laws. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
