Getting a group of eight through a New York airport is easier in one van than in three cars. This guide covers how a Sprinter airport transfer works at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark: where the van meets you, how long the drive takes, how many bags fit and what to send us when you book. Airport Sprinter at a glance
Seats: 14, with room for 15 bags · Airports: JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro and Westchester · Price: all-inclusive, with tolls and gratuity, JFK from $477 from Midtown · Wait time: 60 minutes free on arrivals · Flight tracking: included.
Why a Group Takes One Sprinter to the Airport
Three cars mean three pickups, three arrival times and three bills. One Sprinter puts the whole group and the bags in one vehicle, with one chauffeur who knows the plan.
Everyone lands at the same time, walks out together and leaves together. Nobody waits at the curb for a second car stuck in traffic.

Meeting Your Sprinter at JFK
JFK has Terminals 1, 4, 5, 7 and 8, and each one has its own pickup area. We track your flight and stage the van at your terminal. At Terminals 5 and 7, where car pickups moved to the Howard Beach AirTrain lot, your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals and walks the group to the van.
Plan on 45 to 75 minutes to Midtown, 40 to 65 to the Financial District and 30 to 50 to Brooklyn. Our JFK airport car service page lists details for each terminal.
Meeting Your Sprinter at LaGuardia
LaGuardia is the closest airport to Manhattan, about 8 to 10 miles away. Your chauffeur meets the group at the arrivals curb of your terminal. Budget 25 to 45 minutes to Midtown and 35 to 55 to the Financial District, and add time at rush hour. See our LaGuardia car service page.

Meeting Your Sprinter at Newark
Newark works well for groups staying in New Jersey or on Manhattan’s west side. The van takes the Turnpike and the Holland or Lincoln Tunnel, with tolls in the price. Expect 40 to 70 minutes to Midtown and 35 to 60 to the Financial District.
Your chauffeur meets you at your arrival terminal, not at the AirTrain. See our Newark Airport car service page.

For a meet inside arrivals with a name sign at any airport, ask for meet and greet. We quote it by terminal for the Sprinter.
Teterboro and Westchester for Private Flights
Teterboro Airport (TEB) in Bergen County is the busiest private jet airport near the city, about 12 miles from Midtown. When a flight crew, a team or a family lands together, the van meets everyone at the FBO with room for the bags. See our Teterboro Airport car service.
Westchester County Airport (HPN) serves the northern suburbs and lower Connecticut the same way. See our Westchester airport car service.
How Many Bags Fit in an Airport Sprinter
The Business Sprinter Van carries 14 passengers and 15 bags. Count everyone’s checked bags and carry-ons, and tell us about anything oversized: golf clubs, skis, strollers or big boxes. If the bags won’t fit, we add a second van.

Traveling with kids? We put up to two car seats in each Sprinter for free, before pickup.
What an Airport Sprinter Costs
You pay per van, not per person, on every Sprinter airport transfer, with tolls and the chauffeur’s gratuity built in. From Midtown, JFK starts at $477. Prices were checked in October 2026, and your exact price shows when you book.
LaGuardia, Newark and hourly prices are on our Sprinter van service page, along with the Jet and limo Sprinters.

Airport Sprinter FAQ
How many people and bags fit in an airport Sprinter?
Up to 14 people and 15 standard suitcases. Send us both numbers and we tell you if one van is enough or you need two.
Where does the Sprinter meet us at the airport?
Outside your terminal, at the arrivals pickup area. If you want someone waiting inside with a name sign, add meet and greet. Its price depends on the terminal. At JFK Terminals 5 and 7, the chauffeur meets you inside arrivals and walks you to the van.
What happens if our flight is late?
We follow the flight and shift the pickup to when you actually land. You also get an hour of free wait time after landing.
Can we drop people at different hotels?
Yes. One extra stop on a one-way trip costs an added fee. For more stops than that, book the van by the hour and we plan the drop-off order.
Which airports do you serve with a Sprinter?
JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro and Westchester County Airport.
